Our Process

Did you know small businesses represent 99.7% of all employer firms in the U.S.economy? (“U.S.Small Business,” 2012).[1]  In our opinion most of these businesses are under served because most owners operate without the talent necessary to help them get to the next level.   At Integrated Executive Solutions, we’re helping to make a difference.

Business owners know they need additional talent so they determine how much budget they have for the position in need.  This is typically where things break down.  Either owners decide NOT to hire (because they can’t afford a full-time experienced executive) or they take what they can afford and invest in a person that doesn’t really have the experience or expertise to solve their problems.  You’ve heard the adage, “You get what you pay for.”

At Integrated Executive Solutions, our specialty is finding a way for you to “have your cake and eat it too.”  Which is more valuable (and therefore a better investment): gold or silver?  The answer is obvious, but so many business owners miss this.  At Integrated Executive Solutions, we believe – and our clients believe – it is better to have an ounce of gold than a pound of silver.  The solution is simple.  Wouldn’t it be better to have the right person part-time than the wrong person full-time?
